Within the UK:
We use DPD for the delivery of our watches, and these are the options:
- Standard delivery: FREE
- Next day delivery*: £10.00
DPD is a very convenient service that provides you live one-hour delivery windows, e-mail and SMS notification, live delivery vehicle tracking, “Deliver to Neighbour” option and all of that can be managed through their simple phone app.
We use Royal Mail to deliver to areas not yet covered by DPD.
For international deliveries, we use “Royal Mail International Signed For”, and DHL and these are the options:
- Standard delivery: FREE (Royal Mail International Signed For)
- Express (where available)*: £25.00 (DHL)
* Next Day and Express delivery is available for all orders placed before 1 pm UK time. Orders placed after that will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday after 1 pm will be processed the following Monday (excluding public holidays).
Please note the countries excluded from Express Delivery are: Afghanistan; Central African Republic – CF; Comoros; Cuba; Equatorial Guinea – GQ; Falklands; Guinea Bissau – GW; Iraq; Iran; Johnston Island; Kiribati; Korea, North (North Korea); Mayotte Island; Myanmar – MM; Nauru; Nigeria; Niue; Russian Federation; Saint Pierre Et Miquelon; Sao Tome & Principe; Sierra Leone – SL; Solomon Islands; Somalia – SO; St. Helena (S. Please note that during a period of exceptional demand, especially when these coincide with UK public holidays, there may be some delay in the timing shown above. We endeavour to minimise delays, and we will keep you informed if anything happens.
*If your address is in a remote area of the United Kingdom —e.g. Highlands and Islands— please add an extra day to the delivery times shown above.
As soon as you place the order and receive a confirmation email, we intend to ship it within one working day. Then you will receive a shipping notification email with a courier tracking number which will allow you to follow your delivery.
If it has been several working days since you received your order confirmation, or you didn’t get the order confirmation — please get in touch.
For orders with shipping addresses outside of the EU, VAT (taxes) will be removed from the final total payable.
For orders shipped internationally, we will declare the pre-tax value of the package in GBP, and the recipient will be responsible for any duties and other charges which may be due. Please note that customs policies vary from country to country and so to be absolutely clear we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note that occasionally international shipments are subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities which may result in additional charges.
If your watch is within the 30 days of return guarantee – within 30 days of receipt and in perfect condition – you can return it to us for a replacement or a refund. Be aware that if the item is not faulty, the customer will assume the return postage cost.
Once you have received the item, you can return it using your national postal service – ensuring you use a trackable service – and we will refund the cost on receipt of the item.
