Warranty
You RzR watch has successfully passed our rigorous tests to ensure the reliability and enjoyment of your new timepiece.
The RzR watch is internationally warranted against all manufacturing defects by RzR for a period of 2 years from the date of reception. This warranty can only be applied on presentation of the original invoice of the purchase through the official website (“www.rzrwatches.com”) and the owner’s manual of the watch — place where the warranty is located.
During the warranty period and by presenting the valid documents, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. If repairs aren’t possible to restore the normal conditions of use of your RzR watch, we guarantee its replacement by the same or a similar RzR watch.
This warranty includes parts and labour. It excludes, however:
– Any damage that is resulting from accidents, lack of care, improper or incorrect use of the watch (violent shock, crushing, broken crystal, etc.) and non-observance of the use directions provided by RzR.
– Damage that is the result of services or repairs carried out by a non-authorized person.
– The result of normal use and wear of the watch and strap or bracelet.
